Clouds & Cowboy Hats

With Saturday and 300 miles under our belts, we were welcomed to Tennessee by some rainy weather. The clouds across route 81 were really something to see.  So far, the only casualties on the trip were two hub caps off our tow vehicle (affectionately known as the “blue bomber”).

We made good time and covered another 480 miles on Sunday, so we decided to stop in Nashville and visit the home of country music. We checked into the Two Rivers Campground, ate at the Hard Rock Cafe, walked Broadway and shopped for cowboy hats.

The kids had fun trying on hats and posing with Elvis and the guitar. No one found the perfect hat yet, but I think that it is only a matter of time before we look the part.
